My pulse is fast i keep checking it. I have health anx about 1 yyear now. :/ The beast is now starting again. :/

health anxiety is horrid. I've suffered for years with it. Every little ache or pain I can turn into something else. Have you spoken with your Drs about it? If not I'd suggest talking to them
