Heartburn and leg pain.

I've had heart burn two weeks straight and nothing is helping also has anyone ever experienced leg tingling, numbness, and a tight feeling and on and off cramps? It's only my left leg.

Hi jess, i get a lot of tummy discomfort but usually find an antacid, peppermint tea or other over the counter thing works. i have had leg numbness and a weird weak or hot feeling in the leg/arm and hands. sometimes i get sharp pains in my legs or elsewhere round my body. maybe your doctor or pharmacist can advise on what to do about the heartburn. hope you feel better

unfortunately standard test not 100% definitive so if you do get tested you might want to post results on the PAS forum (which deals with B12 deficiency - and see what people there say.

Hi Jess, I experienced the Exact same things, I had heart burn for longer than 2 weeks and just accepted it. Now it's only off and on. My doctor offered to give me something for it, which I turned down. If nothing is working for you, go to your doctor and I'm sure he or she can perscribe you something to make you more comfortable.

I've had and have numbness in my leg and arm fingers toes, you name it. Unfortunately it's all part of it. No need to worry, it's all in your head and try not to focus on it too much. I know it's not easy but a distraction should alleviate that a bit. 😊xo
