I am so tired of it. Every therapy visit I hear "it's temporary, let your mind heal." It is just SO HARD to believe when I've had it for over a year.... I can't stand it. I just want to feel normal again. To see things the way they really are. And it's so hard to know that you're recovering because it's SO SO SO GRADUAL... Any advice/tips/reassurance????? (Cause is anxiety for me)
Is it really a stand alone condition as well???? I don't want this forever

Hello
I think one thing about anxiety is there is no quick fix which when you have anxiety to stop us feeling anxious would be the ideal solution , so it is like a merry go round or feels like it at times
Be kind to yourself just like if you were ill with anything else and give your mind the time to heal and it will
The more you fight against how you feel the harder it can be , I know it is not easy but in time things will slowly improve
ive been struggling with this for a while now and i too know how frustrating it is. i started getting it aftery thyroid was removed and besides anxiety i really think it has to do with hormones and the thyroid but the thyroid is VERY tricky so please look up adrenal fatigue and thyroid and anxiety and see if there is a correllation witj you. dont just go tp or trust any endocrinologist though. look up the book / website Stop the Thyroid Madness
