Afraid my heart will just stop

I've never had this fear before but for 2 days I've been afraid my heart will just stop. I don't want to get on this track of thinking about it so please someone help me to nip this thought in the bud!

I had th same worried myself sick, constantly checkin my pulse, and being aware of every little flutter my heart gave , at the end up I just said to myself out loud if it's gonna happen it'll happen but I know it's only my anxiety playin up. I found some great articles online, if u read through them, it helps a bit, just google health anxiety module 1, I think there's 9 modules altogether

I don't want to get stuck on this thought. I'll take over me.

I've had thst before and its like all I can focus on. You should try some relaxation techniques and give yourself enough of "you" time.
