You didn't give too much information! First things first: Go to your doctor, get a diagnosis, and discuss it with him... He may want to prescribe some meds... and they might help you. They help many people... Other than that... you might benefit from reading people's posts, be able to relate to them, and find out what helps them. Good luck.

Sorry you are feeling anxiety. Have you seen your doctor and have you been diagnosed as having an anxiety disorder. Has he suggested any counseling or meds. Not knowing your symptoms, I am not able to offer you any advise except to get plenty of sleep, eat healthy, exercise, be active with friends and family and get involved in hobby to take your mind off your anxiety. The more you think about it, the more magnified it becomes. Breathe.
