Have been giving some tablets to take but I am so scared of the out come as had bad experience in the past... What do I do HELP

When you say you have had bad experience in the past do you mean with medication? If that is what you are concerned about I understand....I hate taking drugs. I've tried to trust what my GP says and prescribes; but I seem to always trust myself and try other ways to calm myself; things like watching TV, reading, playing solitaire - anything that gets me out of my own head. Hope you can find something that will calm your thoughts. Once those calm down your body will too.

Yeah it was bad experience with some tablets the doctor gave me for anxiety but because i was in a hospital unit for my eating they kept giving them to me and wouldn't listen to what I was saying I felt like I was on another planet it was horrible 😢
