Hi advice !! :) back & neck

Hi

Benne having neck & back issues for months . Went to clinc..had all these tests & everything is fine. Only have to do physical therapy. Well seperate from this, I was trying to sleep & it felt like my upper back was like light or something ..it was an annoying feeling . I slept in an uncomfortable position. Anyways , Best way I could describe that Feeling.. Any ideas? :).
