I have been feeling really strange lately and it had happened years ago when I was around 7-8 as well. I feel like I can't feel my body doing whatever activity it's doing and I feel like I can't see as well. I feel very disconnected from my body and it's really scary. I'm only 18 and I don't have any major stresses going on in my life. How do I get rid of it?

I feel the same way. I'm also 18 with no obvious stresses. I'm desperate to get rid of it, but its such a difficult, elusive thing to target. Have you made any progress?
