So tomorrow I have a college taster day. I basically spend a whole day at a college to see if I like it.
But my anxiety is taking over me
I really want to go but I'm so scared something bad will happen!! For the past few weeks, I've been feeling really lightheaded, dizzy, tired, sick and anxious and having multiple panic attacks.
I just want to be okay tomorrow, does anyone have any tips to help me to get through the day?
