Help for tomorrow??

So tomorrow I have a college taster day. I basically spend a whole day at a college to see if I like it.

But my anxiety is taking over me :(

I really want to go but I'm so scared something bad will happen!! For the past few weeks, I've been feeling really lightheaded, dizzy, tired, sick and anxious and having multiple panic attacks.

I just want to be okay tomorrow, does anyone have any tips to help me to get through the day?

  • No one replied haha but I'm just updating! I managed to get through the first hour but then when I had my first lesson I panicked half way through and had to come out :( the day continued I was okay for a little bit and stayed with the teachers in another room and then ended up having a panic attack at lunch time and felt really dizzy for the rest of the day.

    I didn't achieve much and would like to have done better but I managed half a lesson and got through the whole day so I'm glad about that :)
