I have been documenting where all of my pains have been for a while. Trying to get medical and doctor help and tests hasn't been very easy or effective for me and I still feel they're mis-diagnosing me but does anyone have pains in similar places like in the photo/graph I attached?

I can also relate but the only thing I don't get pain it like tingles and numbness and only on that side but years ago I was in a car accident but after all kind of test still not sure if its a nerve damage so I jus take nurobine forte for the numbness and pray and take one day at a time hope u feel better
