A still mind

Your Anxieties and Fears are helped along by your mind making up stories......

This does not exist in a calm/still mind.

Find ways that suit you, read a positive book/spend time with nature/ help others which will take you out of your own head, even spending time with animals or pets.

I wish you all health and peace x
