Anyone else feel like they hurt everywhere???

Just as the title says...i feel like I hurt everywhere. My lower back and pelvis, around my neck and down my forearms. I know its always worse when I'm stressed so its probably from that but I cant help worry its something else.

I feel the same my body has been aching the last few days like as if I have the flu I get this often. My hips and legs hurt and I notice any extra physical activity makes my muscles hurt as if I did a work out. It worries me but I've been assured that anxiety/depression can cause this. Take some pain killers have a hot bath and just rest

Could be fibromyalgia, symptoms very like my sister has now. Worth a look into,
