Aching forearms

Does anyone get aching forearms or sometimes top of arms or wrists? I've started taking sertraline a week and half ago so I'm not sure if its a side effect of that or an anxiety symptom but its driving me mad. I thought maybe I was tensing up without realising it or something?! Xx

Haha, sorry, I'm laughing because I've had this except I had it on my thighs and it was so sore. I do Zumba and have done Pilates and it's never caused me to be that sore.

But it was from tensing in an appointment that caused it. I also had this with my stomach and chest.

I remember having my left arm pain and forearm issues with palpitation when I have gastric issues.

I understand it really scary so check if you have gastric\indigestion or similar stomach trouble. Anxiety may lead to any sort of symptoms through your body . The more you think and your body will respond the same.

I get this - I think its an anxiety symptom. sometimes i won't get it for weeks, other times I get every day for a week - usually if I'm laying down.
