I remember the first time I discovered this website. I was googling my anxiety symptoms when I came across an amazing post that made me realize that I wasn't alone, and that there were others out there who struggle with the exact same thing. So I just wanna take the time and thank everyone out there who has helped me throughout my journey and others who post about their experiences. Without you all, I wouldn't be where I am today. I am a much more hopeful and confident person now than I was before anxiety blew up in my face. We will all get through whatever struggle we may be enduring sooner or later. After all, there is an end for everything, but sometimes, the end may just be the beginning...

My late son was so crippled with anxiety after being bullied at school, he became a recluse for 28 years, he developed lymphodma/cellulitis and died in 2012, now I am so anxious and cannot move on without him, where did you see the article than help you, please.

Hello alyselina, I apologize for the delay reply, and I'm truly sorry to hear about your son. Yes, the world may seem to be very wicked now a days. I found the article on this interesting website called: JW.ORG. the name of the article was: How can I deal with anxiety?. But also on this website, there are some very nice explanations to many questions that one may have, and tips to better our daily lives. For example, they have two articles called: " when tragedy strikes-loss of a loved one" and "Is there hope for the dead?" that I think you might find very comforting. Check them out! I think it'll be worth while
