Clonazepam(Klonopin) Leg symptom

I've been on Clonazepam daily for the past 6 months. My dose is .5mg. Recently(last few weeks) I've had unusual walk. It's like my left leg is weak and I'm kicking that leg up to over compensate. It is noticeable to others as my wife has mentioned it. I've also had dis coordination in my left arm. Anyone else on Clonazepam had this? Or is this just my latest Anxiety symptom?

I've never been on Clonazepam but in the side effects it does mention Ataxia (unsteady walk and shakiness) and also mentions decreased co-ordination so it could very possibly be the medication. I would go back to the doctor and tell them, maybe they could change it for a different med.

Shaz thanks for the reply. I'm going to taper off this med. Hopefully it won't be too bad.
