Head pressure

Hi all, just a quick question.. Does anyone else get a pressure feeling in there head? It feels like I've been upside down for a bit then when you stand up you van feel and hear a bubbling pressure feeling.

It's nit painfull or even over bothering me. It's just a little uncomfortable really

Hi ive had this alot. Its annoying but its all part of anxiety x

I think this may be sinus pressure. A nasal rinse and paracetamol should help.
