Forever worrying

I get these symptoms, I'm so paranoid about blood clots I just don't know why!!!! .. My hearts always beating fast and stabbing pains in my chest all my lungs getting stabbing kind of pains, just don't know what to do I'm driving myself madddddddd

Rule number one: NEVER RESEARCH SYMPTOMS. That is an ultra no no. The doctors label everything as being a problem, and anxiety can mimic every one.

Ummm yup don't Google you are just torturing yourself.

Shortness of breath during that is walking a few steps and GASPING for air.

Pain is excruciating. When taking a breath.

I have my fears of PE too but I put logic in it. Like what was I doing the day before for my chest to be sore. Etc

I just remembered I had a coughing fit the other day due to post nasal drip so my ribs can be sore from that. You see put common sense into your thoughts.

But I will tell you this I think you might have hyperventilation syndrome try asking your doc. You get almost the exact same symptoms you describe.
