Okay so since December 27th I have been getting heart pains and palpations and so on so fourth. I feel light headed sometimes. I feel as if my heart beat is weak. And I feel as if when I blow out air its not that powerful. I have been very scared about my heart. And every day besides maybe 2 It happens.

Anxiety can give you these symptoms & it is a worry when we get them as we always presume the worse but I would be reassured that if you have been feeling this way since the end of December that the chances are it is anxiety related
I would go & speak to my doctor about how I was feeling & they can reassure you that health wise everything is fine & then you can talk about you anxiety with them & what support they could offer you
