Back Tension

I usually have very good posture. But since anxiety hit, I have declined on my exercise and retained poor posture. Blegh! Now, after sleeping flat and not double pillowed for the first time since November, my upper back is so. Tight.

I mean it feels bruised and rather tender and I keep rolling my shoulders. Anyone know of some good exercises and stretches to help with this?
