I have this too. Quite often as a matter of fact. My only difference is I only get around 3 or 4 hours of sleep. Once I wake up its difficult to fall back asleep and I am easily disturbed..like my hearing has been amplified of something. Any noise and I'm wide awake! Do you ever have crazy dreams when you are jolted awake?
Yer i get that takes hours to get sleep then when do wake up 2.3 hours 5.6 if lucky all ways been bad sleeper on off wakeing up when awake stay awake cant get back some people sleep loads some dont some easy strate way could be some thing on mind just inson
