Am honestly struggling to be positive.

Since I had a bad episode on Wednesday ive become worse with panic attacks, feeling sick and tension headache.

I am struggling to focus on being positive abd breaking out of this bad rut.

identical to you right now .. so your not alone .. keep on thinking you will get past this.. I know many many are going through bad times like this at the moment friends on FB.. seems to be this year.. maybe it is anxiety provoking for a lot of people seems it to me.. just have faith it will all settle down and try to be as calm as you can I buy self help books they help me immensely x

It's a struggle not to think there's nothing wrong with you. Like no one believes you and you feel you could be dying.

Am taking anti depressants now, on my forth day but my head still feels a mess,and I keep panicing very day. Does it take time to take affect.

Hi know how you feel,had a pretty bad week ,and anxiety kicked in big time! We have had terrible weather where I live snow,ice,+ wind, so disrupted my routine,and once out of my comfort zone wow off I go! I did feel proud of myself tho, went out in my car even though I was terrified!! Chewing gum helped me concentrate. Let's hope the coming week is better, I do find meditation does help, and also find something to hold onto,I have a chakra bracelet and also a rose quartz heart and little angel that I hold in times of trouble and it can help calm your fears a bit. Namaste!

Yep good stuff,I also do Reiki but not been for a while! Have a good week + let me know how it goes! I tried meds but didn't work for me, but give it a go we re all different! Namaste!

Soz what I meant was medication., in case you thought I meant meditation, which is fab!

I actually got what you meant :).

Iv got this app called head space. So am dping a trail on that then might become a member.

I really need to think positive about life.

This anxiety is really breaking my heart it's pretty upsetting to go through.
