Everyday I feel like I'm living in a nightmare. Everything feels weird and the second I get a weird symptom I feel like I'm spiraling down the rabbit hole. I can't even describe the sensations that go through my body but they're a weird losing control of reality feeling. Anyone used to this??? I keep trying to be positive but it goes on all day

Big deep breath ! Firstly atleast you can talk about it that's huge . Second yes it's bloody terrifying at times so here's a couple suggestions -

Breathing - get to a safe place on house or wherever you are when it happens. Stand feet apart shoulders telaxed and breath in for count of 7 and slowly breath out for 11 concentrate on the breathing and feel the pain drift away and a sense of calm.

Then make yourself a cup of herbal or large glass cold water and grab atleast 5 minute afresh air still thinking about breathing and relaxing.

Hopefully by doing this you can feel the pain going

If I were you I would keep a daily journal of all your synotoms and the triggers ( what you doing/ reading/ thinking before and soon you will see a pattern and also on paper it will show you how tricky and powerful our brains are.

Then when it happens again and you go to your safe place you know it's an attack and you have got through it before you can get throigh it again.

Always here never feel alone in this x

Thankyou so much for the advice. I started a journal today and will work on relaxing more(:

Oh yes yes yes yes. Ive had so many weird things with that. Its called depersonalization. It is not harmful and does not mean you are going insane.
