Emetophobia

I am really scared to throw up and I have lots of drainage and my stomach feels weird but I think I'm just hungry. I don't know what to do I've tryed everything my parents are getting really tired of it. Anyone else the same way?

Yup! It can be very debillitating. But to overcome it, we have to change the way we think about it. It is due to poorly managed thinking and catastrophizing. You build the fear up in your mind with anticipatory anxiety.

Im working on getting over it. Remidning myself that that when i was little, it did not bother me so much. And I can have that perspective on it again.

I think I'm getting those fear worse because all of the Google research I've done on it. Ugh my life sucks now. Too many panic attacks at night, too much worrying. My life truly sucks. 😕😕
