I would like to recommend a book I am reading at the moment and can relate so much to. At last a life by Paul David, you can order on Amazon and try the kindle version . Highly recommended this guy suffers anxiety for 10 years till he recovers by himself . Give it a try if you having any anxiety attacks or panic attack and think that you will never recover, there is hope for everyone .
