Hey everyone I haven't been on here for a while as my anxiety seemed to start improving then in august I lost my grandad and bam the anxiety started once again I'm not sleeping till like 5-6 in the morning I'm having dizzy spells and weakness in my arm I had an ecg last and they said my hearts fine will this ever stop!!! x

Hi,
I know exactly how you feel because I feel like I had my anxiety under control, mostly until I lost my grandmother in June. The anxiety and panic came back full force and I've been going through ever since. I do know that it's just anxiety, however, the body symptoms are what freaks me out. I wish you well.
