If you suffer from anxiety, then try this.......find the funniest photo that makes you laugh ( maybe a monkey picking its it up on your fridge and label it "my anxiety" when you feel anxious you may look and hopefully smile. change the photo every month , find something even more ridiculous so by changing the photo the effect hopefully will not lose its potentcy....let me know how you get on....xx
