Its been nearly two years now, ive had many symptoms of anxiety but never diagnosed, reading others brave fight helps alot, next tues i go to the Ear nose and throat consultant, ear pressure test showed an abnormal reading, im not worried as this journey has been long and my anxiety will not control my path, self meditation helps, slow deep breaths and bring the thoughts back to me in control. I no we need answers aswell as acceptance in life. Stay strong everyone xx
