Hey, just wanted people to know that I amreading a book proven to be very successful among correcting anxiety/OC/phobias/etc.
It is called the THRIVE programme and is available on kindle and/or e readers. I really like how the writer speaks to the reader and what he says had made sense. Though I do not agree with a small part of it, or the inclusion of a couple things, he makes a lot of sense and gets to the point.
I recommend people to look up reviews for it. He spent 20 years studying people
before having written this book.
