Hi tried citalopram a while ago bad reactions ..then thought hormone so increased hrt that makes me feel worse so tired not sleeping decreasing hrt ..not sure of what to do next??

Ive been fine in citalopram (now increasing from 10mg to 20mg as doc is pleased). I haven't noticed an improvement in my sleep though
