Ugh i kno the feeling i feel like im going mad ..i cried all day yersterday but today was better..long road ahead hopes off gettin better. No we will get better ! Hugs
Have u been to speak to your doctor about how you feel? You don't say if you are taking anything for the anxiety but i would recommend it. It sounds like you need more help than you are getting . I would visit my gp .
