Feel soooo rubbish :(

Hi, not wrote for long time . Feeling really rubbish, pains in chest, weak legs, can't seem to switch off! Hate anxiety!!:-(any advice how people cope when feeling like this...? Xx

Exercise, go for a walk outside or if you cango ffor a run and burn off some of that adrenalin. its a double edged sword, not only do you burn off the adrenalin usually causing the anxiety but you also get a great overall feeling from the endorphins and serotonin that your body releases after exercising. worked for me and I've never had an attack since i started working out daily. hope this helps x

don't drink coffee or tea or pop. stick with tap water. avoid sugar as best you can.

write the day off if necessary- "I have zero expectations for today"
