Right I've got really bad again last few months had pain in chest that's now gone and that's fine after a trip to the doctors now I'm freaking out about my belly just feels like tight felt around no lumps etc but convinced I have tumour or something as very rarely I bend down and get back up have a like pain in belly like muscle spasm ? Then goes.away after few second????
