About 2 weeks ago I had a panic attack. And the panic has been off and on ever since, I do have anxiety. 3 days ago woke up.and thought I was going to have a stroke, now I can eat can't sleep through night, when 80 do sleep I have mild night sweats, and wake up panic. I have a burning sensation on my arms, and the shivers, but no fever nor cough nor sore throat. Could this be the panic?
