Morning fear on waking

I have terrible fear when I wake up. Even if I don't have to do anything scary or upsetting that day. I took an anti depressant must made my heart skip so had to get off. I hate to wake up like this

Any suggestions would be appreciated so much. Hubby doesn't understand. Thanks

Hi :)

I use to feel like that, and it is awful.

When you wake take a big deep breathe and relax as you exhale.

Do you this a few times till you feel a little better.

There are a couple of websites that will help; Headspace and calm.com

Also have a look into Mindfulness, you won't be disappointed :)

Good luck x

Thank you for the help Yumminini? I will look up Headspace and calm.com.

I am trying to do mindfulness. Today was better. I woke up early and listened to my anxiety hypnosis tape. I did not seem so scared. I am a little anxious because I am going to work at the library. I alsways get anxious before I go somewhere and then calm down. ( Most of the times) Thank you so much!
