Health anxiety convinced got prob with heart or cancer

I've been having a dull ache in left side like under my boob it's not all the time I feel tired all time I know I'm stressed as my car has gone badly wrong and can't afford to fix it I think I'm gonna have heart attack or cancer

Hi there, I am sorry you are worried about this pain! I have had some "very anxious moments" the last few weeks with pain, thinking it was heart or cancer ( pain in pelvis and hips)

I know how hard it is to stop the worrying. I am doing ok if I find I can distract myself. I doubt your pain is your heart., as for cancer, I think everyone worries about that. ( With good reason) I don't know if I am helping here. But, honest, we just have to not give in to worry. If it is bad, it will let itself be known. Maybe you should go to the doctor just to feel better. I find that I have a better day if I just say, " Ok, if I worry about this now, nothing will change, maybe I will worry at 4pm or a different time!"I find that when that worry time comes around, I have forgotten to worry. Works a lot for me! Then I have to say, oh well, I missed the worry time, so have to do it tomorrow. Just don't every worry before bed or right when you get up. Take care and I am here for you. Hugs,
