Hi everyone, I am new to this site, and I have recently, over the past month have been experiencing head fullness/wozziness and sensations like I am going to faint. It has since turned into head pressure and my body keeps shutting down, wanting to give up. As well as the feelings in my head, I was experiencing chest pain and tightness, especially on my left side. I have had CAT scans, EKG's, blood work and everything has come back normal; which points to anxiety. I will be going to see a therapist, and it is a little more relaxing knowing that there are MANY other people out there that are experiencing similar things that I am.

  • Welcome ktg22790. Glad you've joined us,you're in the right place to chat to like minded folk. We all suffer in a similar way with anxiety. It must have been such a relief to have all your tests come back clear. With anxiety we always think the worst(well I do!) so it's nice to have some good results(though I will always find a new thing to worry about, lol) love Sam xx

  • Thanks! I was hoping my test would have showed something so they could have ruled out anxiety ... It's definitely a hard thing to live with. I contstantly am worrying about things ... It is nice to know I there are people to talk to

  • Sure is! Sure I'd go nuts if I didn't know that there's so many of us that feel like this! xx

  • Welcome to this site. I recently found it to and it had helped me knowing that I am not the only one feeling this way. I have been having same symptoms as you and more for 2 1/2 years now. And it has been horrible. But am trying to control it now and get my lif back. I am seeing another doctor this morning hoping for good news. Try to keep your life happy and keep positive people in your life that are supportive to you. That is my main problem right now. I have a very stressful home life but it's hard to change that. I guess easier said then done.
