I cant play rugby anymore which I love because im worried about my heart that much even at the gym im like woow that's beating abit quik and then I feel dizzy its doing my head and life in!!!!

I hear ya buddy! Used to longboard everyday but i dont do it anymore im always afraid of heart attacks even though i have been tested many times for that... It's keeping me from doing many things too i'm even afraid of sex now... I dont play my bass either anymore because its heavy and i used to be a professional musician... Im an heavy metal album.and concert critic that's my job and i even have a hard time going to shows now... So i know exactly how you feel... Im often dizzy too and i'm always nervous... You're not alone bro and someday we'll be normal again the important thing is to keep on improving!
