Why is this happening to me???

I have had such bad anxiety since the second I woke up this morning and here it is about to be midnight and it still has not gone away. My cheat hurts I'm thinking everything's wrong with me then if I'm not having an anxiety attack in so depressed I don't know how much more I can take... I'm so scared... I'm just not myself lately and I hate it. I just dont feel right...

really feel for you i was like that last week but got through it eventually and so will u just believe in yourself i know its hard but there is always support here from people going through exactly the same as u keep thinking good thoughts and try to do something to distract yourself from the way u r feeling hope this helps u best wishes hope it improves soon
