Anxiety or health concern?

Hi. I'm an 18 year old female and have been diagonsed with an anxiety disorder 8 months ago. Six weeks ago I pinched a nerve in my left shoulder and have been going to physio for the past three weeks to get it healed, but recently I have been getting this dull ache (sometimes it itches) and it radiates from my armpit into the left side of my chest and also goes down my arm. I also feel a small dull ache in the center of my chest and my back left shoulder blade as well. I have been to the emergency room, had blood work, CT scan and an EKG all of those came back normal. I'm concerned that I'm having heart issues that the doctor didn't check, or am I scaring myself for nothing? Is anxiety making my symptoms worse or am I feeling pain that does not exist?

Hi Laura sadly that's all classic anxiety signs. There's many signs to it and all as scary as the last. It will probably just be your nerve healing. that's exactly how my anxiety started years ago. Try and get help straight away from gp for therapy stop it early enough before you become one of us old timers and it's 10 times worse.

Hi Laura glad it helped a little. I know it's scary and even I don't listen to my own advice. But just remember it's only anxiety
