Constant head pain/ tension/ pressure

Does anyone else's head just hurt 24/7 I can't really tell if its tension...headache....pressure it's all kind of rolled into one. I've been to the Dr's and he doesn't seem concerned and said it's all down to my anxiety and until I learn to accept it and relax it won't go x

Hi love I'm the same had it for months now. Its horrible if I'm honest I'm sick of taking pain killers for it. And odd day when I don't have head ache I'm waiting for it to come if u get what I mean. It's part of anxiety xx

Yes it sounds like the anxiety headache, if you are concerned your GP will be able in some way put your mind at rest

One thing that may hepl is a course of talking Therapy with a CPN she may be able to give you relaxng techniques and find out why you are suffering this condition in the first place.

Medication may be given over a short period initially while you try and learn how to control your anxiety

Thanks for all your advice xx It's the out of control derealization that I'm finding hard to deal with along with headaches. I really don't think this is just anxiety so scared n helpless xx
