Over anxious dude needs to talk

Hey guys is anyone on here available to talk? I am pretty nervous an alone right now... My chest hurts in the middle probably gastric reflux out of stress cause i have been tested several times for the heart and im fine but i anxious cause i mainly suffer from health anxiety and id reallu need to talk....

I have the same symptoms as you. Im currently seeing a Cardiologist because the chest pains are so severe that they bend me over and I'm so sure that a heart attack is on its way. I can sometimes talk myself out of an anxiety attack by repeating to myself that its just an attack and nothing else. Why us? I know rite! When will they stop? Atleast we know we are not alone with this disease or disorder

I suffer with anxiety too and have panic attacks, the panic attacks feel so much like a heart attack it's scary. I practice breathing techniques to help calm me down.

We are all suffering here, and we are all trying to find a way out, back to normal. It's a long road. Thanks for your post and link to the anxiety coach.

Actually, a note on the calm clinic. I fell for the scam and paid the money. If you google 'calm clinic scam' you'll see that it's just a marketing scam. It sure looks good though.

They do seem reputable to the point that when I found out about the scam, I emailed them for a refund and they gave me that, in full!

I had the chance to look at some of the material, and it just went nowhere, just blab, blab, blab on and on about how you going to be able to do whatever you want.

But definitely Dr Carbonell seems the real deal.
