Sugar levels

Hi,

I'm a type 2 diabetic, contolled with medication, namely Diabex. I have the anxiety under some sort of control, but get this: my BGL readings have NEVER been better, around 5 or 6, which is considered normal, and yet, it's giving me reason to be anxious! Isn't that crazy?? I wonder why they might be better than ever? I'm eating less due to the anxiety, but not that much less. I always had that under good control anyway, but now it's just a bit better!

Just saying, it's an ill wind that blows nobody any good!
