back ache again

guys,i need help.im having back pain up to my ribs,is this still sign of anxiety?or i have lung cancer?pls.help.

I have just had a little look & believe you have been to see your doctor & they have said you are physically healthy & they cannot find anything wrong , so I am sure if they suspected you had anything like cancer they would have you in doing tests , it would be more than their job was worth not to

Sounds like you are suffering with HA though & this is something I have & do suffer with to but over the years I have learnt how to keep it at bay by accepting I suffer with anxiety & this is the fear anxiety likes to feed of creating more if we allow it

I know this is easier said than done because when our minds are screaming otherwise at us it feels very real , but it can be , little steps & you can & will get better than what you are now

Have you asked for any therapy ?

Something that even if you have had your doctor could refer you for more , it has helped so many get to the root of the problem

i've been with the doctor always,and you are right.they always say im healthy.but the back pain up to my ribs are new to me.i can breath normally though,im tired of going back to the doctor and get same results.thanks for your reply,hope this pain will go away.
