Hey guys, going to 6 flags today and pretty anxious.. anyone would be. I know im gonna have some bad anxiety hopefully not a panic attack while I'm there or on a ride. Any suggestions? Thanks

Sorry you had no replies & by now I imagine you have been & maybe come back

I don't know what 6 flags are I am in the UK & never heard of them before but take it that it is some kind of fair rides

Hope your fear was not as bad as you were predicting as sometimes we can create more anxiety to the build up of an event than when we actually get there
