pain again

now im having pain on my right side of my chest.before its on my left side,is this still sign of anxiety.its like needles inside.

Hi' I no how that feels' I had the same symptoms and iv seen that in a few people.I started with anxiety 12 yr ago I didnt know what was wrong with me.It started I think out of the blue taking my little girl on two buses to school each day an it got worse.It escalated that bad I lost my ability to hear properly' an had rageing tinnitus that hospitalised me several times.My hearing stayed like that with eventually loosing all hearing in my left ear an having very little in my right.I was housebound for 4yrs...I lived in my bedroom terrified which led to a breakdown.Id had a nose op the yr before all this so have been convinced this caused my hearing loss 'as it can affect it.But though it has caused tinnitus an ear infections 'iv started to think I suffer from more of acute anxiety than I thought.The reason being through 1 tragedy to another in my family such as deaths and other sadness iv coped ! If grief is copeing.Until a relationship im now in' im due to get married to a musician' we both love punk/rock but I cannot travel and he goes all over the world playing and wants me to come'id love nothing more and thought in time I will'but as timrs gone on my anxiety has returned! An my hearings getting worse again plus my mood (now im getting to your question!) My chest pains have come back 'im smoking more though! Im moody and think no1 understands' could cope with what I go through' dosnt care'love me'always wants a piece of me ' ect ect soooooo! YESSS it does cause chest pain and a hell of alot more.Our bodys fight or flight' ours are not flighting there overloaded with fight because I belive anxiety sufferers are actually the biggest fighters in general.Im back on here as I need help again and il keep going till I slay anxiety an il help anyone else through it too if I can SORRY to of gone on I just wanted to explain rather than give a straightforward yes ...HOPE IV HELPED A LITTLE STAY STRONG
