Anyone know what this could be?

So this has been giving me the biggest anxiety I find these Lines on my arms like blood under the skin....its freaking me out. They go away them I find it again in a different spot

i get them too its even bigger its just your skin being skin lol that's what i think though but don't pay attention to it... ive started to ignore mine now its nothing hectic... don't worry i have them weird parts on my body
