Haven't posted here for a while, hope everyone is doing ok. I recently finished university and started a new job, so all is going well for me.. I am struggling to keep going though! It's been a few years since I've worked so I'm struggling with the fixed routine. I can hardly eat all day because I feel sick and have stomach cramps, which then makes me more anxious! It's driving me crazy to be honest! Does anyone have any tips on getting through the work day?!
