Scared have to go meet the encronolgest today agoraphobia.

I've got an apointment this morning I'm really scared about going out at the moment as I had a bad panic attack in my car last week. I can't go more than a mile without panicking. I also feel ill every morning dus anyone else have this? x

I have just seen your question & by now you will no doubt have been to your appointment , I hope everything went well

When I have an appointment I get very anxious & I make myself feel ill & then after I always seem to think why did I do that it was not as bad as I thought
