My first panic attack

I remember the 1st panic attack I ever had, it was during the 1st week back after Christmas break, I was sitting in English and throughout the lesson, I was struggling to concentrate on my classwork, I was short of breath and clutching my left side of my chest while shaking and I also suffered with loss of balance (my left leg went like jelly), my teacher was the only other person in the room at the time and he asked me if there was an yone he could get, he went and called 1st Aid and it took 1st Aid half an hour to calm me down, I also suffered with sickness and it will get worse in September as I return back to promotion work for the College
