It's still tough day to day feel down then feel fine the sunshine does seem to lift my spirits a lot though and I feel better now the light nights are coming my anxiety started winter time 2 years ago the time my dad died as some of my friends on here will know and my anxiety seems to be so much worse that time of year do any others feel this way winter makes me feel trapped and unhappy why is this xxx

My anxiety is definately worse during the winter months, I find that I feel much better when the suns shining and I can get out in the garden of an evening. I think there is definately something about the cold grey days that adds to my low mood and anxiety. Perhaps we could all move somewhere where it is warm all year round
